The scope, specifications, pricing, and delivery schedule for each project depend on the customer’s requirements and the agreed project proposal.

By using this website, you agree:
To provide accurate information when submitting enquiries.
Not to use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Not to copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without appropriate permission.
Not to interfere with the website’s functionality or security.
We reserve the right to update website content and restrict misuse of our services.
3. Interior design consultations
Northwest Interiors offers consultations to understand customers’ requirements, design preferences, available space, and estimated budgets.
Initial consultations may be offered free of charge where advertised.
Site visits, detailed drawings, 3D visualisations, and technical assessments may involve additional charges, which will be communicated before proceeding.
Design suggestions and preliminary estimates are subject to site measurements, technical feasibility, and customer approval.
A consultation does not automatically constitute a confirmed project order.
4. Quotations and pricing
All quotations are prepared according to the proposed project scope, material specifications, design requirements, and site conditions.
Prices may vary based on materials, finishes, dimensions, accessories, and project complexity.
Quotations remain valid for the period specified in the proposal.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may result in revised charges.
Applicable taxes will be charged as specified in the quotation and according to prevailing law.
Any changes to the agreed price or project scope will be communicated for customer approval before the additional work proceeds.
5. Project confirmation and payments
A project is considered confirmed when the customer accepts the quotation or work order and completes any agreed initial payment requirements.
Payment schedules will be specified in the project agreement.
Payments may be linked to project milestones, material procurement, installation, or completion.
Customers are responsible for making payments according to the agreed schedule.
Any payment-related delay may affect procurement or project execution schedules.
The conditions for advance payment, adjustments, cancellations, and refunds will be governed by the accepted agreement and applicable law.
6. Design approval and modifications
Customers are encouraged to review proposed layouts, material samples, finishes, drawings, and specifications before approving execution.
Once a design or material selection has been approved:
Significant design revisions may require additional charges.
Changes after material procurement or fabrication may affect costs and delivery schedules.
Custom-made furniture and fabricated components may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has commenced, subject to applicable law.
Modifications must be documented and approved before implementation.
7. Project timelines and delivery
Northwest Interiors aims to complete projects within the agreed schedule while maintaining appropriate workmanship and installation standards.
Delivery timelines depend on project size, design complexity, material availability, site readiness, and the scope of work.
Any advertised 30-day delivery or move-in timeline applies only to eligible projects and is subject to the conditions specified in the accepted project agreement.
Delays may occur due to:
Customer-requested design modifications.
Delays in approvals or payments.
Material procurement or manufacturing constraints.
Restricted site access or incomplete civil and electrical work.
Events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or major supply disruptions.
We will communicate material changes to the agreed project schedule.

We aim to use materials and finishes that meet the specifications agreed with the customer.
Material brands, grades, colours, and finishes will be specified wherever applicable.
Natural variations in wood, stone, fabric, and other materials may occur.
Product appearance may differ slightly from digital renders or photographs because of lighting, textures, and manufacturing variations.
Any proposed material substitution will be communicated for customer approval.
Installation work will be carried out according to the agreed specifications and applicable workmanship requirements.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refunds, where applicable, will be calculated according to the accepted project agreement and applicable law.
Reasonable, documented costs for completed design work, custom fabrication, procured materials, and services already performed may be considered when calculating refundable amounts.
Any applicable cancellation charges must comply with the agreed terms and relevant legal requirements.
Customers should review the cancellation and payment conditions before confirming a project.
